If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, Samantashoes.com will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.

    A: If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn) Send an email to staff@samantashoes.com to obtain the return address.

    A: We ship to all US States and Territories. In addition, we ship to both PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Sorry, we do not ship internationally at this time.

    A: Samantashoes.com does offer back orders. If an item is out of stock we will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like to wait for the product to be delivered from one of our store locations.

    A: Currently, we have a 'virtual' catalog. Our entire product line is online; we do not have a physical retail catalog.
