If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to facilitate an exchange or process your return for a full refund. Return shipping is absolutely free. To request a pre-paid UPS return label, send an email to staff@samantashoes.com.

Shoes returned within 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be refunded in full. Shoes that are returned after 30 days of the invoice date, unworn, in condition to be sold as new, will be accepted for store credit only. Please, allow 5-7 business days for your return to be processed.
