Shipping within the United States

We offer free shipping and free return shipping on all orders in the United States. Free shipping both ways gives you the opportunity to try on Samanta shoes risk-free in the comfort of your home. Shipments arrive within 5 business days. If you have an emergency or an upcoming special occasion, please send an email to staff@samantashoes.com to request a specific delivery date.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to accept a return for a full refund. Return shipping is absolutely free. Send an email to staff@samantashoes.com to request a pre-paid UPS return label.

Shipping outside the United States

Customers outside the United States may buy Samanta shoes through the normal checkout process. Samanta Shoes charges $25 for shipments to Canada and $50 for shipments elsewhere. Our customers save money on shipping by ordering multiple pairs. Customers are also responsible for applicable customs and duties.
